While Turkish HRC producers tend to keep their domestic price positions firm, import offers started to decline oninsufficient demand.One of Russia’s flats suppliers decided to decrease its HRC prices to Turkey by around $20/t from last week’s indications– to $560/t CFR for small coils and $570/t CFR for big ones, Metal Expert learnt. “This level is closer to marketreality as the demand is not there today, especially from re-rollers’ side,” a trader told Metal Expert.
