European scrap sold to Turkey

A new deal was reported in the imported ferrous scrap market in Turkey at the beginning of the week. A producerreached an agreement with a European exporter.A Marmara-based company bought HMS 1&2 (75:25) at $270/t CFR, cut rebar at $280/t CFR and bonus material at$290/t CFR from the Netherlands. The cargo is due to be shipped in the second half of February, Metal Expert learnt.
