ArcelorMittal kryvyi rih freezes new CCM launch due to investigation

ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih had to pause the new billet CCM launch due to searches and following seizures of equipment under investigation on environmental law violation.on July 21, during the search by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), six molds of the continuous casting machine No.3 (1.4 million tpy) were seized for examination upon the suspicions that their bodies were additionally equipped with radioactive sources. The search was made on the ground of the signifcant environmental harm case opened by SBU in July.
