Upward sentiments prevail among CIS exporters of longs

The CIS suppliers of longs are still aiming to lift export prices. However, there is demand only for wire rod and only in Africa where the amount of inquiries has recently increased. However, since sellers raised offers to the region by $5- 10/t over the past week, customers refuse to make deals and insist on discounts. Suppliers, in their turn, are not going to back down amid upward moves of Chinese and Turkish long product suppliers.
