UAE: demand for HR flats still sluggish

The HR flats market picture is still bleak in the UAE. In particular, demand for traders’ HRC remains weak amid low buyer activity in consuming industries ahead of Ramadan, although traders’ stocks are rather high. However, resellers still may start purchases in the near future since prices are considered to have hit the bottom. At the same time, pipe and HDG producers continue purchasing at an unchanged rate.
