Poland’s flats market remains bleak

The Polish market for flats still shows no sign of recovery. Demand from local end-users and thus traders remains feeble. Current investment projects are carried out at a slow pace, with no funds allocated to new ones. Weather conditions do not stimulate buying activity either. Nevertheless, European suppliers are standing firm, giving discounts only when sealing deals.
