Hyundai Steel (South Korea) to complete plate mill No.1 upgrade in April

South Korea’s Hyundai Steel has adjourned the launch of its plate mill No.1 (1.5 mtpy) at Dangjin plant for 1 month after modernization. The mill’s capacity expansion by 33% to 2 mtpy was initially planned to finish in March, but now it will be carried from February till April.
