In July mills will refrain from further downwardrevisions in favour of stabilization amid lower supply and improved demand(due to, among other things, the beginning of stockpiling for winter).However, with the stronger competition for available volumes in August,producers are likely to raise prices in order to attract the material. Thetrend is expected to continue in September.
