A steep rise in global raw material prices in early December was replacedby a fragile balance in the markets in the middle of the month.By Metal Expert’s estimates, the markets are still heavily impacted bynews and rumours primarily based on expectations, but with a stronginfluence on price makers, i.e. the Chinese market.
