Prices to stay high

Scrap buying prices went up again in Ukraine’s domestic market inOctober. By the middle of the month, the price for base-grade material(size – up to 1,200?1,500х600х600 mm; car load – over 55 t) rose bymore than 10% in total. As before, the increase was initiated by InterpipeSteel amid scrap shortage, while other steelmakers had to follow suitto avoid scrap outflow.
