Cokal Selects SGE as Exclusive Agent for Domestic Market

At the end of the year 2020, Cokal Limited, Australia selected PT Sumber Global Energy (SGE) as an exclusiveagent for metallurgical coals produced from Bumi Barito Mineral (BBM) project in Indonesia driven by the Companymeant for the domestic consumption within Indonesia. Accordingly, SGE will pay a total of US$2 million to Cokal andexclusively take charge of marketing and selling BBM metallurgical coal in the domestic market within Indonesia for aperiod of 2 years after starting to ship the said metallurgical coal. Cokal will supply a total of 600,000 tons of the saidmetallurgical coal to SGE during this period.
