Stanmore Coal Acquires Mining Lease

Stanmore Coal Limited, Australia acquired a mining lease (ML) required to develop coal mines from Isaac Downs metallurgical coal project in the State of QLD driven by the Company. Accordingly, Stanmore Coal will work on the coal mine development from Isaac Downs metallurgical coal project within August. The coal production is scheduled to start at the said coal mine within the year 2021. Isaac Downs metallurgical coal project aims to develop Isaac Downs open-cut coal mine at Isaac Plains Complex (IP Complex), a metallurgical coal mine in the Bowen Basin in the State of QLD. Isaac Plains East open-cut coal mine (IPE open-cut coal mine) is now being operated at IP Complex. The flagship type of coal produced at IPE open-cut coal mine is premium semi-soft coking coal, and the production capacity of saleable coal is 2.4Mtpa.
