Chile's CAP restarts pellets plant, port terminals as strike ends

Santiago—Chile’s CAP has resumed operations at its pellets plant and port terminals in the northern city of Huasco after strikers who had been blockading the facilities returned to work, the company said Feb. 22. CAP halted the plant, the Guacolda II and Las Lozas terminals in late January as the picket prevented employees and materials from entering or leaving the facilities.
