Poland's JSW sees 2020 coking coal output and sales rise 8.4% and 8.7%

Warsaw—Poland's largest coking coal producer, Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa (JSW), said March 18 its 2020 production rose 8.4% year on year to 11.06 million mt. JSW's coking coal sales to external customers increased 8.7% on year to 6.31 million mt, the company said in a presentation of its 2020 operating results. Coking coal sales to the company's own coking plants reached 4.46 million mt, up 8.8% year on year.
