Ferrous scrap prices rallied at the end ofFebruary after a weaker month overallcompared with January. Turkish importprices reached $362/mt CFR Turkey in thelast few trading days of February and somesellers believed the market could tighten incoming weeks, which pushed buyers andsellers back to the sidelines due to a lack ofagreement on the price direction.
