摘要

In this paper, we study widely investigated photoluminescent properties of (La2O3)0:05 (As2S3)0:90(Er2O3)0:05 compounds in the near-infrared ranges. The increase of the infrared luminescence intensity with increasing Er3+ concentration can be attributed to the cross-relaxation process between the activator ions.
