Report on Findings of Oxycarenus lavaterae (Fabricius, 1787) (Heteroptera, Lygaeidae) in Russia

摘要

The lime seed bug Oxycarenus lavaterae was observed in great numbers on large-leaved linden trees Tilia platyphyllos Scop. in Krasnodar in the spring of 2020. This is the first record of this species from Russia, indicating eastward extension of O. lavaterae . The first data on the phenology and biology of the species in the North Caucasus, and also some characteristics of this invasive population are reported.
