Purpose The purpose of this study was to compare and evaluate the safety and efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty at a hyperextension position (PVPHP) and percutaneous kyphoplasty at a hyperextension position (PKPHP) for the treatment of osteoporotic Kilmmell's disease.
