China TiO2 producers announce more price hikes

Producers in China started another round of titanium dioxide (TiO2) price increase announcements in the first two weeks of September. A number of producers, including Lomon Billions, raised domestic TiO2 prices by Chinese renminbi (RMB) 500/tonne, according to official company letters. Reasons attributed to the increases are source material price increases and environmental pressure leading to tightened supply.
