BW to increase Namibian Kudu efforts after closing purchase

BW Energy has fnally completed the deal to buy almost all of the Kudu feld off Namibia and hopes this will accelerate fnancing and gas sales agreements. In 2017 BW agreed to buy 56% of the feld and shortly after to increase this to 95% through taking the majority of the stake previously held by national oil company NAMCOR. This has now fnally concluded with BW paying over anoth- er US $4m.
