R.B. Russell Vocational High School is located in one of Winnipeg's oldest neighbourhoods, often referred to as the North End. Celebrating our 50th anniversary this year, R.B. Russell has been revolutionary in providing relevant vocational programming for Winnipeg's inner city youth. Robert Boyd Russell, a catalyst in the 1919 Winnipeg General Strike after whom our school was named, would be proud.
