Indian LNG imports vault higher after slump

Singapore-India's LNG imports in October surged 24% from their September slump, to 1.11 million mt, but were still down nearly 11% from October 2012, according to an anal- ysis of shipping fixtures and information from Platts vessel tracking database cFlow. The September slump had followed a year- to-date high of 1.181 million mt in August. The October shipments included spot and term cargoes that arrived at the country's two main terminals on the west coast-Petronet's Dahej facility and Shell's Hazira.
