Singapore—China’s gasoil exports jumped 61% in July as bulging inventories and weak domestic demand prompted refiners to look for markets overseas, but July’s exports were down 19% from June, customs data released Tuesday showed. The country exported 543,992 mt (130,733 b/d) in July, compared with 338,434 mt in July 2014 and 669,831 mt in June this year, which was the highest monthly gasoil exports by China since June 2010.
