Budapest—There is a lack of upstream assets available on the market due to the increasing trend of resource nationalism and the aggressive expansion of oil companies, particularly from India and China, on the inter national market, Gyorgy Mosonyi, CEO of Hungarian oil and gas company MOL, told Platts in an interview February 15.
