Majnoon, Iraq-Iraq expects to start pumping crude oil to a new loading berth in the Persian Gulf with capacity to handle 850,000 b/d by February 10, slightly behind the original schedule but a welcome development for oil operators in southern Iraq constrained by the infrastructure limitations of Iraq's southern export system as they ramp up output.
