Russian pipeline monopoly Transneft has penciled in seaborne crude oil exports of 2.705 million barrels per day (11.438 million metric tons) in May, virtually identical to the 2.709 million b/d scheduled this month. According to the May loading schedule, shipments out of the Baltic will fall, although shipments out of the Black Sea will increase. At the Russian Baltic port of Primorsk, exports are set to drop by 73,000 b/d to 1.466 million b/d. The port worked double time this month to make up for delays last month caused by ice problems at Primorsk (IOD Apr.4,p3).
