Platts to Tweak Dubai, Espo Assessments

Platts could be changing its key Middle East and Asian crude oil and product benchmarks, including for Dubai and Russian Es-po crudes, as well as Singapore gasoil. The pricing service is considering adding new Middle East streams to the list of crudes deliverable into its Dubai assessment, most likely Qatar Marine. Middle East producers use Platts' assessments of Dubai, as well as Oman crude oil, to set their official selling prices (OSPs) to term customers.
