摘要

A rigorous solution of the problem of determining the electrical conductance between electrodes each containing three electrically connected plates, is proposed. The problem is solved using the method of conformal mappings and through directly determining the electric field intensity. Analytical relations are obtained and results of calculating arrays of numerical values of electrical conductance over a wide range of the geometrical parameters of the system are presented, which can be used in designing electric heaters, gas-analyser and vacuum meters.
