摘要

The paper deals with results of researches of temperature stresses arising in pistons of internal combustion engines. For the analysis of the intense states of elements of designs working at heats, were applied: experimental modelling, numerical calculation, and also full-scale experiments. As basic method of researches by the authors was used methods based on stationary-geometry analogy of the theory of plates and shells. To the analysis of a level of residual stresses in details was applied laser holographic interferometers. The greatest interest submits data, received for details of the complex geometrical shape. For example, for pistons, on the basis of in-depth study of the intense states, the special technological modes essentially raising a working resource of the engine are produced. The results of researches are intended for the engineers, technologists, and also scientific employees engaging study of questions, internal combustion engines, connected to designing, heat treatment, welding etc.
