摘要

Investigations of assimilation of phosphorus in open-arc hardfacing and under fluxes AN-26 and AN-348 using flux-cored wires containing up to 2.5 % P and also tribotechnical characteristics (coefficient of sliding friction and wear resistance) and structure of deposited metal of Fe-Cr-Si-Mn-P alloying system were carried out. It was established that in open-arc hardfacing with flux-cored wire and under fluxes AN-26 and AN-348 almost all the phosphorus is assimilated by the deposited metal. It is shown that the minimum sliding friction coefficient is typical of samples of deposited metal alloyed with 0.9 Ц 1.2 % P, while minimum wear of the sample and mating body is provided at 2.0 % phosphorus content.
