The Study of Criterion of the Perceptual Whiteness

摘要

There are many studies of the whiteness formula.As a result,the assessment of whiteness depends on the observer.This stusy aim to clarify the psychological structure of the perceptual whiteness.The 29 paper samples,the 18 cloth samples and the 47 combined papaer and cloth samples are assessed as the perceptual whiteness.The observers are classified into two groups by the order of perceptual whiteness.The one group assess the whiteness by mainly the lightness and next the distance of the chromaticness from the peack value.The other group assess the whiteness by the distance of the chromaticness from the other peack value.
