Environmental Measures and their Technologies on the Production Process of Tableware (Bone China)

Enviromenetal measures and their technologies onthe production process of tableware (bone china) are shown.1) Muddy sludge, which is recovered from low materialstreatment process and shape making process, is recycled as low materials.2) Water from glazing process contain lead compounds andsuspended solid. This water is treated on the special lead deposit process.3) Tableware is glazed by lead free glazing fritt, which isinvented for bone china. The contents of components in this frittare 61-66 mol percent, A1203 8-10 mol percent, MgO 0.1-2 molpercent, Li20 2-5 mol percent, K20 1-4 mol percent, Na20 2-6mol percent, B203 10-15 mol percent and R20/RO valence 2-3.5 mol percent.
