摘要

We examine the concrete which has water absorption and evaporation characteristic in addition to the normal concrete property. By equipping water absorption and evaporation, the temperature rising control function is obtained to concrete ability. Because of the cooling effect by moisture evaporation, this concrete will contribute to the relief of a heat island phenomenon etc. In Part 1, we experimented with the performance of water absorption and evaporation of concrete including high water absorbent resin. We measured the time change of water content, water absorption, evaporation and inner temperature under the same temperature and humidity on mortar test pieces in various material conditions. Consequently, it was cleared that each effect of water absorption, evaporation, and the temperature rising control function become large in proportion to increase of resin content and W/C.
