Microclonal propagation in vitro of the representatives of prunoidae subfamily

摘要

The peculiarities of in vitro behaviour of the Prunoidae subfamily during micropropagation were investigated. The dependence of regeneration, proliferation, and rooting upon genotypes was shown. Distant hybrids had the best results, sweet cherry cultivars and wild forms had lower results, that must be taken into account while elaborating the biotechnology of obtaining elite planting material of stone fruits.
