摘要

The comparative analysis of resistant to chloride and sulphate medium salinization callus lines of mangel beet obtained from diploid and tetraploid explants has been carried out. It has been established that chloride salinization is more toxic for cell cultures of mantel beet than sulphate salinization. Cell lines isolated from tetraploid explants of variety Kievskaya were more tolerant to both types of salinization than cell lines obtained from diploid explants of varieties Ursus and Panphilskaya.
