Six-wire IEEE 1394 connector

Personal computers and other consumer electronic appliances require superior RF performance to handle multimedia communications. MEW has developed an IEEE 1394-compliant connector that supports these high-speed digital data transfers.Electromagnetic field simulations were used to guide the connector's mechanical design, and measurements of test-manufactured connectors confirmed that they meet RE performance requirements.
