Growth and morphological features of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium depending on culture conditions [Russian]

The comprehensive study of medicinal mushroom Ganoderma lucidum mycelium growth was carrying out. The macro- and micromorphological special features of 5 strains were described. The results of measuring of surface mycelium growth under different temperature conditions made it possible to select two strains with highest growth rates. These strains were submerged cultured and the dependence of biomass accumulation on liquid medium composition was established.
