Swarming of bees is a very natural thing, just like our children getting married, leaving home, moving far away, and creating a new family. Just as your son or daughter anticipates "that" day and does a lot of "planning ahead", bees do the same. However, bees don't do it because of "love", but do it because they need space. Let me explain. What do I mean about space? Think of your home with its bedrooms, kitchen and pantry -- they are all different. Likewise, a bee hive has a "brood" space for raising "children" and a "super" space for storing food.
