A physical model of electromagnetic waves propagation through troposphere in the presence of rain is considered. Formulas for estimation of probability error during transmission of information through tropospherical channel are given. The solutions are common enough, and it is possible to use it for analysis and prediction of quality of information transmitted via troposphere under various sorts of rains.
