Callus cell induction of cotton from hypokotyle and root

Callus tissue induction of G. hirsutum of the local american varieties Coker-312 were Studied. The mediums for callus tissue induction were prepared on the basis of Murashige and Skoog salts. The most optimal hormones for obtaining callus tissue are 2,4-D (0,1 mg/l), NAA (0,1 mg/l), Kin (1,0 mg/l). Studies on callus genesis on the MS salts showed, that callus induction varieties of Coker-312 is. going well on nutrient mediums wth 0,1% NaCl.
