摘要

45 soil micro organisms from the collection of the Institute of Genetics of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan were tested for antagonism with phytopalhogenic fungi V. dahliae and F. oxysporum as test-culture. 14 out of tested micro organisms are active antagonists with both test-cultures, six contain proteinaceous inhibitors of the growth of test fungi. Similar activity was found in the protein fraction of Trichoderma lignorum gungus. 5 strains of the detected sources of antimycotic proteins belongs to Bacillus family and 1 strain -- to Chromobacterium.
