A six-year old female, neutered Boxer was presented with a recent history of at least two incidents of short-duration collapse. Her owner described that these incidents had both occurred, without warning and had happened after periods of exercise. During the period of collapse, the dog remained flaccid and was apparently unaware of her surroundings. On both occasions, recovery from the collapse was rapid, was complete and the dog returned to normal behaviour with no apparent residual effects.
