I sit here in a rainy Chiswick in July, contemplating an empty screen wondering what to write for the next issue of The Jeweller. We've had a busy couple of months both in our store with new team members being trained up, and also at NAJ HQ. Business-wise, out on the High Street most people 1 speak to seem to be saying much the same - its pretty tough out there right now, for business of all shapes and sizes.
