Sumitomo Chemical Co.Ltd may build a propylene oxide plant at its planned joint venture refinery in Saudi Arabia with Saudi government-owned Saudi Aramco.In May,the groups agreed to perform a joint feasibility study for a US4300-million project to construct and operate the complex in the Red Sea town of Rabigh,starting early in 2005,with start-up scheduled for late 2008.
