摘要

The United States of America belongs to the most important economic partners of Ukraine. This country ranks third in the world by territory it occupies (9,629 ths. Km~2) and number of population (272 mn people). The USA is a leader of world economic system and largely defines the way of its development. The state is the first in the world by volume of industrial production and holds the leading positions in global machine building and chemical industry. 50 percent of world grain export and 20 percent of knowledge-intensive items export fall on the USA. Presence of large and economically strong Ukrainian diaspora in the USA is also a factor of bilateral economic partnership development between our countries.
