Abstract >Ag/CuO nanofibers (Nfs) with a diameter of 650?nm were successfully prepared via electrospinning Ag doped CuO nanofibers and then calcined at 450°C for 2?hours. By using Ag/CuO Nfs and PEDOT:PSS as the hole transport layer, an optimum perovskite solar cell power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 11.6% was achieved, which was 33% higher than that of the original perovskite solar cells (8.7%). The devices showed a high PCE because of the high cavity mobility of the Ag/CuO Nfs/PEDOT:PSS films.
