Work begins on next year's Energy Barometer

After the success of the first Energy Barometer earlier this year, the El will be rolling out a number of changes to increase member participation, fine tune the survey, and improve engagement with the 2016 report. In 2015, over 500 El members provided their views on the UK energy system, enabling the El to meaningfully engage with policymakers, industry and academia on the issues energy profesionals think are important. The El has established a dialogue with the Department of Energy and Climate Change following the 2015 Barometer report, clarifying what the results mean for policymakers and how future reports can inform the policy development process.
