When Ross and Margaret Ellett decided to movefrom their huge country property to Remuera on Auckland's city fringe, they knew they'd need a decent-sized garden that would keep them busy. "I couldn't see Ross in an apartment," says Margaret. "We had to have something with a bit of ground and something to do."Margaret was brought up in Auckland, but Ross is a farmer through and through. "What the hell am I doing in the city?" he says with a grin.
