Heidelberg offers four lines of Diana folding carton gluers from MK Masterwork and new features and performance enhancements have been added to each line. The European made Diana Folder Gluers offer creative solutions for precision folding, user-friendly features and short make-ready times. The new Diana Smart Speed offers a 33% speed increase (max speed of 600m/min) and can be combined with the new Diana Packer 4.0. Digital integration between the folder gluer and the packer shorten the make-ready times. Inputs are shared between the two devices and information is only entered once. Preset information is displayed at each carrier of the Packer - right where it is needed. The Diana Packer 4.0 now offers automatic case infeed and discharge, layer card insertion and quality inspection of cartons.
