摘要

The antioxidative activity of polyphenols from old leaves of Toona sinensis was studied in this paper. Polyphenols from Toona sinensis were extracted by microwave assisted extraction and then purified by macroporous resin. Compared with extraction from Gingkgo and tea polyphenols, the antioxidative activity was measured by reducing power method; FRAP method and DPPH radical scavenging capacity. Compared with extraction from Gingkgo and Tea polyphenols, polyphenols form Toona sinensis possessed powerful antioxidative capacity, the polyphenols extraction from Toona sinensis were increased by two times.
